PLEASE NOTE: Writing on the Run! is a writing/grammar resource that is required for English 10 and can supplement English 9, 11 and 12.

Open School BC's resource Writing on the Run! is available on CD or in print format. This hands-on resource complements grades 9 to 12 English and Communications courses.

Writing on the Run! covers sentence structure, punctuation, and usage. It features a series of self-paced tutorials and activities for students to explore in understanding the fundamentals of grammar and punctuation. There are three main areas: Sentence Errors, Punctuation and Usage each with a diagnostic quiz for students to test their abilities. This resource also prepares students for the Language Proficiency Index.
