This four-hour course outlines the roles, accountabilities, key principles and seven phases of the B.C. government procurement and contract management process.
The course includes three modules and a final quiz that cover these topics:
- Procurement foundations
- Procurement phases: planning, pre-award and solicitation, award, administration and monitoring, post-contract evaluation, corporate reporting
- Vendor relationship management
