This short module involves your child in the reading and writing of poetry. He or she will have the opportunity to read and appreciate good poetry and will learn to use shape, rhyme, and descriptive language to paint pictures in his or her own poetry. Your child will also learn a variety of painting methods so that he or she can also express him or herself through art. To make this module a comprehensive fine arts experience, your child will learn more about music and will be introduced to the instrumentsof the orchestra.
