Mathematics 9, version 04 (Print)

Math 9 was developed by the Alberta Distance Learning Centre and was modified and reproduced by Open School BC with permission. This course meets all the learning outcomes of the BC Ministry of Educations IRP (WNCP 2008).

In Math 9 students will continue their exploration of mathematics. Theyll have a chance to practice and review the math skills they already have as they learn new concepts and skills.

This course is made up of nine modules. Each module contains several lessons with self-marked practice activities and a module assignment that is to be teacher-evaluated. The modules in this course are not broken down into separate sections.

The required textbook for this course is Math Makes Sense 9 (2009, Pearson). ISBN-13 978-0-321-57235-6, ISBN-10 0-321-57235-1. Please note this textbook is not stocked at Open School BC.
