 This course for B.C. school district employees covers: - Knowing the roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
 - Handling and disposing of hazardous chemicals and environmental hazards
 - Mitigating the risks of physical hazards
 - Preparing for Emergencies
 - Reporting Bullying and Harassment policies and procedures
 
 Learners will be able to: - Describe the different health and safety roles and responsibilities in their school district
 - Know how to report an accident or incident
 - Identify various chemical and environmental hazards
 - Prepare to use potential hazardous chemicals
 - Recognize physical hazards
 - Identify how to perform physical tasks safely (e.g., lifting, ladder setup)
 - Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
 - Define discrimination and bullying and harassment behaviour
 - Describe policies regarding discrimination and bullying and harassment and know how to report it
