Return Policy

For physical resources, unless otherwise noted, Open School BC will provide a refund:

• in full, less shipping costs, for goods in saleable condition returned within 30 days of the date shipped.
• less a 20% restocking fee for goods in saleable condition, returned after 30 days, and up to 6 months of the date shipped.
• in full, including shipping costs, if the goods were damaged when received.

Please complete the Returns Form prior to returning any publications and fax directly to 250 387-1120 for approval. Confirmation of approval is required. Please note, opening the Returns Form requires Adobe Reader.
